Dinnerstash

Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to every purchase made on dinnerstash.com (the "Store"), operated by Azarexa LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States, which publishes under the name Dinnerstash. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

We sell digital products: recipes, freezer meal plans, shopping lists and printable labels as PDF files, delivered by link. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each file contains. Page images and mockups on the Store show the products; the files you receive may differ in minor details as we correct them.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout through Stripe; at checkout you may be offered to pay in your local currency. We do not store your card details. You must provide a valid email address: that is where the download link is sent. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if a price was displayed in error.

If you buy from outside the United States, the sale is processed by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe charges your payment method, adds and collects any VAT, GST or sales tax shown at checkout, issues the receipt and handles payment disputes. Azarexa LLC remains the publisher of the products and your contact for anything about them.

3. Delivery

After payment you receive an email with a download link, usually within minutes. Links are personal; download links expire after a period stated in the email. Check your spam folder before writing.

Your library: every order email also carries the link to your library, a personal page that lists everything you bought from us. That link does not expire. If you lose it, get it again at dinnerstash.com/library with the email you used at checkout, or email [email protected].

Updates: when we update a product you bought, the updated file is in your library at no charge, for as long as we sell that product. A new plan, for example one for another season, is a separate product.

4. License

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the files on their own devices and to print them for their own household. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or redistribute the files or any substantial part of them, publish them, or use their recipes as published, text, photographs, labels or design in any product, course, meal service or publication offered to others. We may revoke access for breach.

5. Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if it's not for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms. After 7 days we refund duplicate orders, and files that are defective or not delivered when we cannot replace them within a reasonable time; this does not limit any right the law of your state gives you that cannot be excluded. When a product is refunded, its download links stop working and your license to use it ends. See the Refund Policy.

6. Educational material, food safety and allergens

Our products are educational recipes and meal plans for home cooking. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and buying or using them does not create a professional relationship with us. You are responsible for handling, storing, thawing and cooking food safely: follow the food-safety guidance of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the instructions of your appliances, cook to safe minimum internal temperatures measured with a food thermometer, and read the label of every ingredient for allergens. Names of brands, appliances and organizations that belong to others are used only to identify them. See the Disclaimer.

7. No guarantees of results

Results can vary with ingredients, equipment and kitchens. We do not guarantee any particular result from using our products, including taste, cooking times, the number of servings, cost or time saved. See the Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including from the preparation, storage or consumption of food.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store and in our products, including text, recipes as published, photographs, labels, design and the Dinnerstash name, belongs to Azarexa LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Questions: [email protected]. Azarexa LLC, 10225 Ulmerton Rd, 3D, Largo, FL 33771.
