Educational recipes and meal plans
Dinnerstash (Azarexa LLC) publishes recipes, freezer meal plans, shopping lists, labels and related material for home cooking. Everything we sell or publish is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and buying or using it does not create a professional relationship with us. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or follow a diet prescribed for you, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian before you change what you eat.
Food safety
You are responsible for handling, storing, thawing and cooking food safely in your own kitchen. Follow the food-safety guidance of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the instructions of the manufacturer of every appliance you use. In particular:
- Keep frozen food at 0 °F (-18 °C) or below. Storage times in our material refer to quality: food kept constantly at 0 °F stays safe, and its quality declines over time.
- Thaw food in the refrigerator, in cold water or in the microwave, never on the counter. Food thawed in cold water or in the microwave is cooked right away.
- Thaw meat and poultry before you put them in a slow cooker.
- Cook to safe minimum internal temperatures, measured with a food thermometer: 165 °F (74 °C) for poultry, leftovers and casseroles; 160 °F (71 °C) for ground meat; 145 °F (63 °C) with a 3-minute rest for whole cuts of beef, pork, veal and lamb.
- Cooking times and temperatures in our material are guides. Appliances, pans, portion sizes and starting temperatures vary: check that food is cooked through before you serve it.
Allergens and ingredients
Our recipes are not made for any specific allergy, intolerance or medical diet. Ingredients and their labels vary by brand, by store and over time, and products may be made in facilities that also process allergens. Read the label of every ingredient you buy, every time, and adapt or skip a recipe when it is not right for the people you are cooking for. Substitutions we suggest are general suggestions and do not make a recipe free of any allergen.
Results can vary
Recipes are written in good faith, but results depend on your ingredients, your equipment, your kitchen and how you follow the steps. We do not guarantee any particular result, including taste, texture, cooking time, the number of servings, cost or time saved, or that everyone at your table will like a dish. Nothing we publish is a promise or prediction of any result.
Nutrition and costs
Any nutrition information, serving size, cost or time estimate in our material is approximate and is given for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Testimonials and examples
Any stories or examples in our products or advertising are illustrative. Where we show a customer's words, they are that person's experience, not a promise of yours.
Images
Photographs, page images and mockups on our site and in our advertising show our products and dishes made from our recipes. They may be styled for publication; dishes you make may look different, and the files you receive may differ in minor details as we improve them.
Trademarks
Names of brands, appliances and organizations that belong to others are used only to identify them and do not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of Dinnerstash.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azarexa LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, illness or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, our material, including from the preparation, storage or consumption of food. See the Terms of Sale.
